We're an everyday happily married couple with the 'below average Australian family size having one beautiful daughter, Erin, aged two and a half. Mark's background is in technology - computers and communications. Leigh's background is in nursing - ranging from ER, Neonatal and General Practice. As we've matured and looked at our lifestyle we've come to realise that: - we want to be healthy and active as we grow old - we want to enjoy our daughter as she grows up, and her enjoy us - the government of the day (past and present) and its various departments lack true accountability for a number of issues including health and environment with their decision making process clouded (some even say even 'driven') with revenue collection and vote attracting objectives taking over. - in the past we've been presented with some information - but not all of the available information. (a high profile case like VIOX comes to mind for example) This has led us to make some decisions that have not been 'informed decisions' and which we'd perhaps otherwise hd made an alternate choice.
